Xbox 360 game code already used message

My original "need for speed" game code is not working out for on-line games. The code i was provided when buying that original game is 2T96K-Q9MT9-9X73V-7Y4JM-V3QJZ according to MICROSOFT - once inserted that code my x-box 360 machine requires another one through a message saying that code had already been used. My user name is EdgierSpy8. Please, send me another code to the following e-mail: jb_resende@hotmail.com. Regards. João Batista de Lima Resende
