Poor Customer Service - Samsung CLP775nd Colour Laser Printe

Brought a desktop laser printer which went wrong in first 3 months - these things happen from time to time but Samsung have shown an absolute inability to resolve the issue - In fact they cant even communicate effectively (or at all). Engineers came to site but couldn't fix it - it has been collected but now cannot contact Samsung to find progress - they do not respond to emails - put you on hold for lengthy periods of time before cutting you off. My previous experience of Samsung products has been good but recent experience has shown that they have absolutely no aftercare - Save yourself some grief and choose a different manufacture
