Can not get refund. Or information. UNSCRPULOUS, DIFFICULT beyond belief - MagicJack

Avoid magic jack! Disreputable, Unscrupulous, Difficult beyond belief.
Magic Jack some how managed to have my Internet cancelled. HOW? Why? They are a Phone provider.
No 800#, no address, no email on the web site! You have to "CHAT" to TRY and communicate. 5 'Chats' later still frustrated beyond belief..
I demanded a refund and info on how to return the product. Did receive a P.O. Box address. I must enclose a completed RMA??? Link to this RMA showed nothing about a form..
Typical of the difficulty I have experienced with this company..
Are they trying to drag this on until the 30 day free trial is past???
