Fraudulent practices

I have worked with Idhasoft as an independent contractor for SAP consulting. So my personal knowledge is from that perspective. Though there were no complaints ever brought to my attention concerning my work, I had to fight for more that 6 months to get paid for the services that I provided. I say fight since no one in their A/P department would ever answer the phone or respond answering machine messages. Only after threats to bring a lawsuit did I get paid. And from talking to other contractors I apparently got off easy. Some were not paid within a year of completing their work for Idhasoft.in addition, they make consistently fraudulent promises to prospective customers about what functionality they can provide and in what time frame they can deliver it. And after promising to supply experienced knowledgeable consults for projects they frequently provide consultants who do not know standard SAP much less how to provide the non-standard functionality that was promised. When I worked with them they accepted fixed price contract and then expected the consultants to work 60 hours a week (without anything like overtime pay) and did not manage "scope creep" that was even beyond the non-standard functionality that they had promised. They did this and expected the consultants to deliver the the project in the originally promised time. The result was overworked and frustrated consultants and usually dissatisfied customers. I do not know personally and independent contractor that will still work with Idhasoft. They have retained almost no American consultants and seem to rely on mostly Indian consultants whom they can exercise green card control over. I would recommend not even considering to work with them as either an employee or a contractor and especially as a customer.in my opinion they regularly engage in criminal fraud.
