Horrible echo, spent months and hours on the phone to India or some other country where magicjack can pay $1 an hour) trying to fix never fixed. They said it was my fault, my computer (and it's brand new!) Terrible customer service and the inventor basically prostitutes his daughter on the video that you are forced to watch after you try to get "live help" DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD # you will regret it.
