I have just had the worst time with Majic Jack Customer Service. All I wanted to do is ask some simple questions about there service. All I got was confusion. First, you can not keep you existing home phone number, call them, they will tell you that. Oh, did I say "Call Them", you can not call them. That's right, a company that makes there money in the phone busness, will not talk to you on THERE ON PHONE!
And then try to return the phone jack, they could not find my order, but they could find my Credit Card number to make the charge!
There is more, I'am Tired.
