Having a Dell pc with issues we googled "Dell Technology Help" which site got up. We named the amount demonstrated thinking it was Dell. We were NEVER informed this was a business apart from Dell. These were really rude and argumentative, requiring that their technology must visit our company. I turned very expressive and required a return. It was evidently not their typical method of coping with clients which individual kept insisting that I'd authorized the cost. I insisted that because of the proven fact that his Language was therefore bad I'd no idea what I'd authorized but still believed I had been coping with Dell.
