False service / lied about cost

I got my notebook to obtain fixed since windows wouldn't start. The worker advised me that I'd to pay for $107 to become identified which the fix price could be incorporated but I Would spend the distinction if it had been only a little larger. Sadly it was not fixed after I visited choose it-up plus they needed more income to do this, $93 to become precise, that makes it an overall total of $200 to repair once the entire notebook completely new with many components, applications, and providers charge just $600. I actually donot believe any repairs must cost over 25% of the initial price. Normally I'd purchase a new pc but I not invest over $100 for anyone to inform me whats wrong with my pc after I currently fresh anything was wrong with it and that I don'tI what precise concept it stated or just how to translate the rules and data it includes. That's why I got it to pc technicians at basics to repair to to tear me off $107 to inform me my drive is all messed up. I'd like my money-back or repair my pc. Normally I'll never store staples again, I'll publish my problem on facebook and persuade others to not get scammed by Basics.
