Requested 2 Toshiba notebook displays via priority shipping. 1st product was a restored display to get a Dell device - so when examined was defective. 2nd piece was defective.instantly approached organization via telephone (answerphone only) and emails seeking return and complete credit. No reaction to immediate communications after nearly 1 week. Handle is a entrance to get a number of Asian companies: Yallstore & Gadgettown amongst others - prevent purchasing out of this organization!
