Info on IE9

We have an application that runs in the hta shell of the Internet Explorer. It is essentially a dynamic HTML (DHTML) based front-end that enables the users to enter details to fill a form.

Now we are facing some issues with IE9 and we working on fixing it. Since IE9 has different versions for Winodws 7 & Vista for both 32 bit and 64 bit os.
Is there any difference in IE9 between each of these versions.
Windows 7 32 bit
Windows 7 64 bit

Windows Vista 32 bit
Winodws Vista 64 bit
