Invalid Name in Pega Certificate

I'm Nadeesh Priyanga, works at Virtusa Pvt LTD Sri Lanka. I set for the Pega CSA Exam held on 30th December at Net Assist International, Colombo Sri Lanka. I got 80 marks and I passed that exam. But soon after I completed the exam and when i get a printed result sheet from the Net Assist International, Colombo, LKA. I saw that my name was printed incorrectly. There it was printed as "NADEESHA" insted of NADEESH. Then at the same time i complained them (NetAssist) that my name is not correctly entered by NetAssist's data entry operator. They asked me to email a scanned copy of my National Identity card to prove my name. So i Sent them it to prove my name. Then i thought they would contact the Pega System and correct my name into NADEESH, before the Pega System send me a certificate to home. But today while i'm checking my mails I saw your mail and sample certificate issued for me by Pega System. But still my naming error remain in the certificate which was done by the Net Assist International, Colombo, LKA where i sat for my Online exam for Pega CSA 6.1.

The Net Assist International, Colombo, LKA is very careless institute and it has not corrected my Name even after i proved my Name by sending scanned copy of my NIC to them. They hasn't contacted you and informed you about this issue. I have called that institute (Net Assist) more than 15 times to solve this issue. It is not practical me to daily visit to that institute while i'm working at Virtusa.

I worked hard to sit the Pega CSA 6.1 exam. I follow two week course of Fast Track and Boot Camp which was given to us by Virtusa. And i have done several exercises and researches to learn Pega very quickly. So i have worked more than 56 hours per week on those two weeks. And i studied hard, few days after the 2 week training of Fast Track and Boot Camp. With such stressed work and my dedication i was able to pass the Pega CSA exam with 80 marks. But i'm in a problem because my name is entered incorrectly by the institute where i sat for my exam. That is not my fault. That mistake was done by the NetAssist Pvt Ltd Sri Lanka. But it affect to my future. Because although i worked hard and passed my Pega CSA 6.1 exam, I will get a certificate with invalid name. That may cause some problem when i go abroad or my future promotions at Virtusa. So please help me to solve this problem and get a correct certificate.

Please tell me what i should do to correct my name in the certificate issued by Pega. If you can please pause my certificate untill my name is corrected or please kind enough to issue another copy of certificate with correct name. Please solve this problem.
