Never shipped and they wont send anothe

I requested a magicjack, paid additional for fast delivery. I acquired a USPS shipping tracking # also it exhibits they never obtained it for delivery, that MagicJack created a shipping name. Hence, I've no magicjack. It's been over per month and that I have invested useless hours using the online help understand this fixed and also have gotten nowhere. Don't purchase online! Purchase at shop of course if it doesnt function return it. The corporation has got the toughest customer care.
