Virus Posing as antivirus software

Av safety 2011 - sly laying plan developed by cyber terrorists?

After I recorded onto my pc today there seemed to be some fresh antivirus system operating all-on it is own. This disease or spyware or whatever this really is simply pretends to become antivirus application, It calls itself "AntiVirus Safety 2011" however it won't allow you to uninstall it or quit it or go off the drive. And also the computer is now doing things that obviously state it's contaminated today, however the only choice the constantly runnning "AV Safety 2011" software is providing me would be to buy it for fifty-something bucks having a charge card online?!?!?!?? No thanks... This really is the type of antivirus application I DO NOT REQUIRE!!! Does anyone have any options that'll not split the financial institution and do not include me throwing my notebook out another account screen? Windows security alerts keep appearing stating the firewall is blocking plan, however it isn't getting these specific things down? Help please!!!
