Magicjack cancels you Phone Number and account if they do not see activity on the account for 90 days, this occurs even if you are paid up on your subscription. I purchased a 5 year subscription and had my number canceled without notice. When I purchased this device the advertisement stated phone number for life. I guess they left out the 90 day part. After months of chat support, I finally got a Magicjack employee to call me. I have been told that I will be getting a refund for the 5yr subscription and can apply for a new number. I will be happy if I can get the refund. Wait & see...
