UPS Never using services review - Delivery

A little background on this purchase, the product finally came down in price took 6 months to a year though, I was estatic to order, then came UPS, Useless Parcel Service as someone else said better, their site has to be the crappiest the delivery time said END OF DAY, anyone would assume that may mean be home by 4pm, I even called the rep from UPS said it will be delivered at 7pm sure enough I leave for work get home at 4pm and come home to a freakin sign on my door and guess what I have to wait a extra 3 flippin days I officaly will never order from this company and will b*tch until my product is shipped UPS sucks!!!
