Locked out of account

Since getting a new computer, I've been locked out of my account. The verification process includes sending a confirmation code to a mobile phone, but the texts either don't arrive at all, or arrive 3 or 4 days later.By then the code has expired.

You're still sending me all kinds of emails about friend requests and such - can't you send the confirmation code by email?

I have been trying to resolve this for weeks. The Facebook Team responded once with basic login directions, but has not responded to further communications, despite the fact that their email says to do so if the problem isn't resolved.

Getting to a place where you can contact the Facebook Team is very difficult - I only encountered it by accident.

Any help would be appreciated. I really would like to continue to use Facebook...
