Friend's Account Hacked, Emails Sent Asking for Passwords

My friend's account on the Facebook web site was taken over by hackers. They are sending emails to everyone on her email list, so that we think they are from her when they are not. This group is trying to get your password, saying they are with Obama, the president's group, and want to give you money because you were on the computer of a fraudulent person whom they caught. One of the people is using johnagent40@aol.com.
I sent this info to Facebook, yet they didn't respond. So they do not care for our safety, and I am going to close my Facebook account if they haven't contacted me within the next 2 days.
