Buyer Beware

I bought a dishwasher from hhgregg after being informed it may be shipped 24 hours later. Following day converted into a guarantee of 4 days later. Subsequently discovered they'd no concept once they might actually provide it. They guaranteed to return my charge card the price of $1,020. They stated they prepared the reimbursement. It still hasn't been prepared. They offered an item they might not provide and today are slowing to provide me my cash back. I'd to document a challenge with my charge card organization to possess them pursue my reimbursement. The corporation is bad information. I'll never buy something from their store again. They're not really a reliable shop.
