Contact list download

My recently purchased MJ cannot download my contact list and call list. It also stopped enabling me to add new contacts. I spent several late nite hours with the chat operators. I was refereed to 3 or 4 "10%ers", but no solution was found. Is there anyone at MJ that might understand, or have an idea what we can do to make it MJ able to connect to and get the download? Note this also means I have NO 911 capability. My MJ chat ticket number (1 of several) was LTK436023695014X, and my MJ # is 423 299 2972
