My contacts list will not load any more - tech support

My magic jack loads but now I never get my
contacts list. I have all my often numbers call list stored there so can you tell me how to get it back. I have tried resetting my firewall and that didn't work. I have upgraded and that didn't work so what do I do next that will work. Please tell me soon.
