I just saw the following article on Business line on Helios & Matheson Information Technology Ltd - Chennai. There are many other unethical acts that this company is involved in itseems which are all on the Public Domain. There is one I saw where there is a court order / judgement by the Bombay High Court against them for cheating, conspiracy, fraud and forgery in regards to an acquisition. Do read through this. SEBI slaps Rs 50-lakh fine on Helios and Matheson Our Bureau Business Line ChennaiChennai, Feb. 15: The SEBI has imposed a Rs 50-lakh fine on Chennai-based Helios and Matheson Information Technology for ‘alleged irregularity' in trading of the company's shares. SEBI conducted an investigation into the alleged irregularity for the period February to September. Officials of the company could not be reached for a comment.
