The client representative @ nortons online assist thought I had been referring to MEDICINES after I wrote: my image seems to be in "day" it's dark having a hash tag over the experience. Ok, did I miss anything. Clearly, these were 1) ANTIAMERICAN, 2) DON'T COMPREHEND "day", 3) THAT REPETITION OUGHT TO BE FIRED AND NOT PERMITTED TO HELP ANOTHER AMERICAN! HASH TAG isn't the kind of HASH which you smoke. There's an enormous difference there.

VENKATANARAYANA helped me solve my problem and was really hesitant to provide me the 800# to nortons to record my previous knowledge today. She sensed that my criticism might influence her.
