Laptop Warrenty

I bought a-3 year extended warrenty. Our notebook began freezing up and wound up not beginning. I approached Sams Club and delivered the notebook set for restoration. I had been informed by their fix people at Micromedix they wouldn't support it, until I paid $180 to correct a shallow break within the joint (not section of my written agreement.) They delivered it back without fixing it. I attempted to deliver it back and am informed they're questioning it and that I should have it fixed with a "trustworthy" fix organization after which may deliver it set for warrenty work.

I've used numerous hours to no avail.

I'll never purchase a pc at SAMS TEAM again.
