Look at all of these reviews they are ALL TRUE. I went into the Philadelphia grant & blvd location this morning. I rehab houses for a living. I was just finshing up renovation 3 homes. Was all set to buy 3 Refrigerators 3 Dishwashers 3 stoves 3 driers and 3 washers. Do the math, thats a lot of money I was spending on one trip The manager of that store is HORRIBLE. Treated me and my fiance rudely and acted as if he coudln't be bothered. We waited 15 minites for someone to actually help us since this do nothing manager kept paging someone and it was 10:30 in the morning with not a cutomer in sight!!! Where the hell do they hire these people. The kid that was trying to help us didn't have a clue as to what he had in stock and kept running back and forth to the manager asking questions. All I heard from manager was figure it out for yourself, I'm busy. Anyways, we were treated so badly, we actually called the corporate office after we left the store, stated how much I wanted to buy there, explained what happened, and went next door to Lowes and spent $4900 on all new appliances. Oh and btw the corporate office seemed like they could care less about my complaint. This type of culture of bad management obviously comes from the top down. STAY AWAY you have been warned.
