Non-working compute

I had been offered a fresh, basically low-operating pc. From day-one, there have been issues, which culminated in numerous re-bootings, manufacturer re-configurations, and support (that we needed to pay delivery for—$60—although it had been under guarantee). After I obtained my pc back, that they stated had a drive, the address was down, and after beginning usually once, it'dnot start Windows again. I'm seeking a complete reimbursement or new pc. I DON'T SUGGEST the corporation—their item is complete garbage, and you'll not have anything-but problems and cash (and period) down the strain.
