Never solves the problem just get the runaround

Never handles the issue. The very first time I simply got hung-up on after he could'nt repair the problem. Next time was informed to visit many different locations and place in particular rules or flag figures but never stated where you can place the signal or green number. Was advised to turn off pc then restart and that I could be attached to them-and or even subsequently place in the web site they offered and again another signal which did not work eaither.

NO HELP WHATSOEVER They've my telephone # but never attempted to contact and repair it.
