Scam/fraud operation

Requested two 7" laptops for my granddaughters for Christmas as was guaranteed that after I requested on December 8, they'd be delivered within 24-48 hours. Standing shows not delivered, but obviously have my cash plus they actually added on an additional $30 dollars significantly more than my bill displays. Have attempted to get a week to get hold of, simply get saving, and was online for more than 7 hours awaiting somebody to get a live-chat, no body actually acquired. I believe they create their cash by people rescheduling their purchase (they cost 25%), or when individuals ship back the faulty gear they obtain (they cost 25% restocking charge for that). Do not purchase out of this organization FRAUD.
