Office 2007 Menus Hard to Navigate Compared to Office 2003

Office 2007's menus seem to have been specifically designed to irritate regular users and to require business owners to waste time re-training employees.

After Office 2003's clean and direct menus's new organization of items is so dispersed and counter-intuitive I wasted a ridiculous amount of time just searching for how to change the date format in Excel! The 'help' section was no help either, I had to stumble on the answer by accident.

In their desire to generate new sales, MS has happily saddled us with a complete dud.
