Non-delivery

Bought a NAS device from Jason Isett at NAShq.com. Never noticed something in the organization, but my charge card was billed instantly. Would not reply mail re-delivery concerns. Nothing. I named and talked to some client representative who stated his title was Jason Isett. We'd just state "it's suggested on the site", but wouldn't give a company delivery day... Actually he was violent (recall, I am the client looking into an order that's 3 months overdue). I determined enough is sufficient, a the purchase. He declined to stop, then stated if he did cancel it he would statement my charge card 20% "for his work". I named my charge card company, described the problem (no item obtained in almost per month) - and luckily they managed this really poor experience with Isett. I ought to did on line study before, not after, purchasing from him. Lesson learned. Discovered a lot of grievances much like mine about NAShq. This isn't a vendor to complete business with. Prevent NAShq.
