Magic Jack SUCKS

Every two or three days magic jack has an automatic upgrade and after every upgrade it won't work. You have to spend countless hours on a chat line with customer support reconfiguring your entire computer to make it dial again. HORRABLE product! Way too many hours wasted trying to make it work!
