Software will not work

I loaded the software and it worked ok except the online portion which is a major feature. I could not get the server address they provided to work. Also after several hours past the http tab for configuration of the server disappeared. Now I cant even attempt to view my web cam because there is no way to configure. I tried several time to locate them by 2 different email addresses they provided on the confirmation email they sent me but always came back as undeliverable. I traced their email addresses and they came back as bogus. Now im out my$40.00 and have no recourse.
