Poor customer service of product advertisement

I purchased an upgraded motherboard for my emachines system design T2862 and after receiving the motherboard and adding it, it'd not boot-up and weight Windows off the initial recover Disc that included the machine? I had been like wtf??! All I'd get may be the trunk up problem display and safe-mode, or the choices did not function to fill it-up. After repeated unsuccessful efforts at recovering Windows, I eventually approached CPUtopia plus they advised me that I'd to correct the machine or re install Windows from the clean backup. But that didnt work possibly in the restoration Disc as well as their advertisement never mentioned nothing about needing to use a complete OS edition, just that you might need to reconfigure Windows. The initial restoration/recover Disc must have worked to start with. After detailing all of this for them they must have been more beneficial about this, they mentioned they're not certified to deliver Windows Disc, nevertheless earlier mentioned they have OEM Windows Discis they fill Windows from themselves? Easily'd recognized this to start with, I'd haven't purchased the motherboard had I recognized I had a need to proceed invest another $200 to get a fresh Operating-System!!! Windows XP isn't offered in shops any more and Windows-7 is costly! I really could have purchased an entire new pc for several that rather! Horrible ad and incredibly uncertain! The advertisement claims the motherboard works using the program however they neglect to let you know the BIOS within the program does not notice that type of motherboard since its truly no emachine edition. Whoever buys an emachine motherboard out of this organization, bear in mind they do not let you know that as well as that the unique recover Disc won't work-unless you curently have a complete OS Windows drive. Or even, your likely to need to save money cash on a single to be able to obtain the computer as well up in the new motherboard!!! All I requested for was a great OEM operating Windows drive that will obtain the pc to stock up Windows?! Customer support was inadequate and incredibly reluctant to assist me solve the issue without spending more income!!!
