Obtained a Laptop for Holiday 2009. It did not work-but because it was bought over 15 times earlier... It mentioned onto it that Walmart wouldn't take it back and any support problems will have to be performed through ACER. Delivered it back, price us $15.00. Obtained it back about 3 months later with no battery. Named them-and they attempted TO MARKET us one for $52.00. Ultimately got them to deliver one mine back free. While it came, we hooked it-up to locate that none of the secrets across the left-side of the keyboard were functional. Was advised to deliver it AGAIN. Now they settled delivery. They'd it since 2/4 today it was delivered to us. Envision our surprise whenever we switched it on and discovered various other households Titles, Telephone Number, Tackle, and youngsters' pictureis. We named the household who really possesses this computer and informed them that people had their computer. We subsequently named Acer to inform them-and they declined to permit us a to consult with.
