Beware

Required my notebook to get a free tune-up and obtained my notebook having a large black dot within the display. It wasn't there before so when i got it house and switched it on noticed it. The technology who assisted me after I selected it-up held referring to a little dark dot about the display and maintained wondering basically needed it to obtain fixed. I didnt understand what he was referring to therefore didnt actually focus on it. I've been looking to get your hands on the supervisor of the shop and he keeps attempting to provide me reasons. They keep showing me they're likely to contact me plus they dont. After I contact and have for that supervisor hes not there. Really disappointed with this particular company. Won't ever actually purchase other things from staples and that I can make sure i tell-all my family and friends so that they wont often. This shop all messed up my notebook plus they are attempting to clean me down by never answering or coping with the issue.
