First battery I obtained was defective; I'd to pay for shipping to come back. Replacement battery required quite a long time to obtain (because they were awaiting fresh cargo from China). Next battery they delivered was also defective plus they needed me to cover another return delivery. Unresponsive to communications and emails. Additionally situated in Europe despite the fact that they record an office in U.S. Which means you finish us spending currency variations.
