Let me make it clear, HP has got the toughest customer support to-date. Hung-up on six-times, fake guarantees, and corporate explained the underside point was they wouldn't base the statement (their phrases) for a continuing HP notebook connection issue. I had been also informed that I really could spend my cash easily wanted, then hungup on.
