Delivered my hp pavilion laptop to horsepower to become set because it had problems.instant quit working and needed to be kicked twice or even more as well up totally. Our LCD split and was changed and since I have get zigzag design on-screen and also have to restart. Today they contact and state there's a leak in pc and that I will need to spend 1077.00 for repairs or contain it delivered back unrepaired. I named and informed them I had been unacquainted with a leak and deliver it back unrepaired and also the man had me on the website for over one hour 5. At-one stage he created me think they'd fixed it and that I needed to spend the cash to obtain it back. Then after a lot of nothing he explained his boss might contact me within twenty four hours and correct this out and that I might get my pc back unrepaired. The computer is-16 weeks old. I'm so embarrassed together, I'll never purchase hp items again and that I may distribute the term about their support which smells plus they do not worry about their clients. I settled 895.00 for that pc to start with plus they need more to repair it than its value. Do not get hp products. I am not really certain where this really is heading yet but I'll get my pc back or small-claims judge is likely to be next thing.
