I noticed charges on my phone bill, I looked the company up on line and sent them an e-mail to cancel service. (e-mail was sent the first week of February). I could not call the company since no phone number is listed on their website. They responded the second week of February, and I was provided instructions on how to cancel the service on line - still no phone number was provided. I followed the instructions and the login service did not work at all. I sent them another e-mail after this attempt and of course based on their past history with me I do not expect an answer until next week. At which time they will probably want to bill me again for service that I have been trying to cancel since the beginning of the month. I looked them up on line - to see if other people had complaints and found several, and also telephone number to call and cancel service. I called the number which informed me that the service would be cancelled and I would receive an e-mail stating this.
