Unauthorized charge on my credit card

BEWARE - An unauthorized demand seemed on my Money One Mastercard consideration for $29.99. After I named I had been used in an offshore call-center and bothered. The client support consultant insisted that I supply my current email address (that we declined). After I required a boss, she put me ON-HOLD to get a very long time with NOISY traditional music blaring. The man that got about the telephone was obviously not really a boss and hung-up on me. About the next phone I achieved an individual who explained that I requested trojan defense - interested since I have just use Norton Anitvirus items. EXACTLY WHAT A HEADACHE! I wound up arguing the cost with my charge card business.
