I would like to let anyone know who may be having a problem with majic jack phone service that, when you set up majic jack on your computer to be sure you set it up under its own user account. This may help with alot of the problems anyone is having... I just thought I'd try to help with some of the complaints from people... If you did not set up your magic jack with it's own user account you may want to go back and set it up under its own user account on your computer or laptop... This may stop alot of the issues you may be having with it...
