Paid for a printer and did not receive it

I taken care of a printer since 2008 to orange-hippo, they explained to cover shipping fee of $25.00 and that i settled. They also explained they were going to submit between a couple of months. After twelve months i named them regarding the point i purchase, and also the worst part about it's they explained to pay for another $0.04 before they could ship it in my experience. Subsequently i delivered it, i attempt to reach them by their telephone.
