Microsorft Office 2007
They say they have no record of purchase

On June 3 I bought (downloadable) the Microsoft Office 2007 and all was good till I recently needed to "cleanse" my pc because of infections and begin using what I'd after I first bought it-which didn't range from the Microspft Workplace. I can't discover the key, but have evidence of the purcdhase on my charge card. After I named Microsoft, they claim they've no report of the purchase, who are thes people on my bank card and just how do I obtain the key-code? I can't afford to purchase it again which is greatly needed. Cheers for almost any help you are able to provide me. The merchqnt title about the credit bill is; DRI*MSCON-BuyUSA. I paid $164.94.
