Horrible service

I required Dell to alter the tackle on the bundle which was in path since I shifted in one spot to another. Nicely Dell explained to contact DHL, the organization that provides their deals, to inform them to alter the tackle simply by providing DHL the following number. DHL wouldn't change the tackle since they're in contract with Dell on delivering DHL a contact from Dellis liguistics division or whichever division to DHL to approve this change. No body at Dell knew about that. Obviously that DHL simply put a hang on the bundle and permitted me to choose it-up, but Dell wasn't part of and seize control like others or exceed and beyond the phone call of responsibility to assist a person. Terrible Support Certainly!
