Not giving me a refund

I requested a device and support online. I thought was purchasing from comcast... No-where on the webpage made it happen actually mention Offerwire. I visited Comcast to get the gear the next evening plus they stated they'd no report of me purchasing assistance. I acquired my beginner package and mounted my support. I week later exactly the same starter package was delivered to me by offerwire. At the moment I named the amount within the container and delivered back the package and also the device. Used to donot recognize at that time that my card was billed this quantity till I visited the financial institution. The website was extremely deceptive. The delivered item was shipped and singed for on June 21st. For this day I've not gotten my credit. The very first justification was these were waiting to listen to from they corporate workplace plus they might call them back. I never obtained a phone and that I extended to contact receiving no-where. A week ago I had been oltd that they may credit me however theyare having something problem and that I will soon be acknowledged when they're back-up. I called again-this day and it is exactly the same tale but this time around I had been informed to not call-back until 5 business days. What type of support is that this??? Why cannot I've my money-back?
