Software does not work

I bought application out of this organization to repair an issue I had been wearing my pc. It didn't do something. After I contact them I just get an automatic program that directs you straight back towards the first promp whichever choice you select. Additionally the email address thry supply is unacceptable. I'd like this charg removed my card.
