Took my money

Requested a PC.informed there is an issue using the charge card. Terminated the purchase. Put another purchase. Obtained pc but billed twice for just two pcs, just got one. Charge card went into facility because of the sudden costs for 2 pcs. 48$ in lender costs and almost 2000$ in costs for a PC we never got afterwards, we still haven't been returned the cash. It's today almost per month, 10 telephone calls and hours of my entire life and that I am furious beyond words. The corporation is run by thieves. We've been informed 4 times since scenario could be looked after but my banking account has yet to be acknowledged. We are able to ill-afford to possess this cash lacking from our records.
