Binverse
Overcharging, poor customer support

Computers & Services

Sorry I didn't register before issuing the complaint a few minutes earlier:

As experienced by other trial account users of the usenet service provide Binverse, I was automatically enrolled on a whole-year subscription plan worth $100 when their Terms and Conditions and payment reminder claim to default to a monthly plan of $20.

Numerous emails to and from them have led to the same documented runarounds as described in

Despite their claims of being customer-oriented, they have hidden behind their rigid and vague T&C, and are totally unwilling to admit that this is the fish net to trap unwary users who wish to continue using the service after the trial period expires.

Are there more powerful agencies that I can complain to? Is the BBB a possible arbitrator for my case? I really don't wish to create problems for Binverse as their service does work. It's their business attitude and vague, unfair terms that bug me no end.

Help, somebody! Thanks!
