On Wednesday my laptop failed and that I thought I created the right option to contact GEEKS. I had been informed that somebody might return to me to plan a in-home-repair. Wednesday night at 9:31 P.M. A phone are available in from Ohio, FL informing me that the technology could be at my home Thursday between 10 & 2. After 4 P.M. My partner named and reported that no body turned up. They apoligized and guaranteed a technology could be below on Friday morning. Again, no body arrived. I named the Ohio quantity as well as their dispatcher explained that somebody could be at my doorway around 2 P.M. Obviously again no body arrived. After contacting again, I requested to talk to their boss and was informed that my criticism could be documented and AGAIN somone could be at my house Friday day at my required period (9:00 A.M.). After repeated calls towards the 1-800 number, used to do not obtain any reaction from anybody. It's today Sunday morning and my notebook continues to be along and that I haven't obtained any telephone dealings, no to even clarify why their technology hasn't named or seemed at my door. Our advise to anyone looking for computer repair is to get someone apart from the "geek squad". Their promotional advertisement to become there same-day or even the next is of bull.

I really do feel only a little better writing this criticism.
