Double billed, no installation of renewed program

Renwed anti virus protection; increase charged as well as charged for additional coverage not required. Got runaround on telephone; hungup on me! Finally got anyone to uninstall the 2008 edition and these were contacting me this year's to set up. Can't-get onto internet or my email to obtain new 2009 edition. Contact provided on credit card bill is just a scam; no site to visit. Want them to refund and that i can get another antivirus plan. I've paid for per week's protection, twice, and also have nothing mounted.
