Freeze up and crashes since installation

Since I have saved the product my pc stops up and failures repeatedly. On getting my charge card record their was not a telephone number to achieve them just this e-mail address. I paid $70 for the product and my pc is slower and that I am getting the fore-mentioned issues. The amount under their title is 1791207975. Could you please enable me with this particular?
